Watertight inspection hatch in AISI 316 – passage 95 mm, external Ø 141 mm

This watertight inspection hatch in AISI 316 stainless steel with quick-opening provides access through the deck or another suitable mounting surface. The round hatch has a clear opening of 95 mm and an outer diameter of 141 mm.

The hatch opens and closes with a ¼ turn using a winch handle. The handle is not included. During lifting, the cover remains attached to the handle, making it easier to remove and reinstall without having to handle the cover separately.

The construction is made of cast AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. An O-ring ensures a seal between the cover and the hatch frame. The total product thickness is 20 mm, while the flange is 4 mm thick.

Installation is performed in a round cutout of 109.5 mm. The flange has four screw holes for mounting. The inspection hatch is type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU.
