Watertight quick-release inspection hatch in AISI 316 stainless steel is a circular hatch for inspection access in maritime installations. This variant has a clear opening of Ø 203 mm and an overall external diameter of Ø 247 mm.
The hatch is opened with a 1/4 turn using a winch handle. The quick-release mechanism provides easy access without a traditional screw or threaded cover design. The winch handle is not included and must be purchased separately.
During opening, the cover remains attached to the winch handle. This makes the cover easier to lift and remove, while the handle serves as the operating tool.
The construction is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The inspection hatch is type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU. Technical documentation for the product is available in the form of a 2D drawing, certificate, and a downloadable 3D model, with access to the 3D model reserved for professional users.
