This waterproof shore power socket is designed for permanent electrical connection in marine installations. It can be used as a shore power connection between the boat's electrical system and a power supply on land or a pontoon, and is rated for 220/110 V and max. 50 A.
The external parts of the socket are made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel, while the construction also includes polycarbonate. The electrical contacts are made of nickel-plated brass. The choice of materials and the mirror-polished surface are suitable for visible mounting in a marine environment.
The design is intended for panel or bulkhead mounting and features a screw-on cover. A protective feature at the rear cable outlet supports an organized and protected cable connection. The socket is waterproof in design, although a specific IP rating is not provided.
The matching plug, item no. 14.326.00, is sold separately. The protective cap, item no. 14.327.00, is intended for this plug, and the blue three-core cable 14.595.01 with a conductor cross-section of 3 × 10 mm² is documented for use with the socket and plug. The individual components are supplied as separate products.
