This VersaChock removable roller plate for tenders and personal watercraft is model VCROLLER25, featuring two self-adjusting main rollers and one central keel roller. The system helps guide the craft and reduces resistance during retrieval and positioning on the boat's swim platform, or on a dock or pier.
The two main rollers have a diameter of approximately 13 cm and adapt to the hull shape within a deadrise angle of 0–24°. The central keel roller of approximately 8 cm supports and protects the keel during retrieval. The rollers are made of polyethylene.
The roller plate measures 635 × 176 × 173 mm in W × D × H and has a nominal width of 25 inches. The construction includes two large main rollers and one smaller central keel roller. The product is manufactured in the USA.
The roller unit can be removed when not in use. The included threaded deck plates remain in the mounting surface and provide a low profile, reducing the risk of tripping on the platform. Mounting screws are not included; installation requires #10 oval-head screws. For installation without access to the backside, the compatible blind fastening system VCBLINDFSNTR can be used.
VCROLLER25 can be used as an edge or entry roller in conjunction with the VersaChock four-roller set VC4ROLLER25. If manual retrieval is difficult, the system can be supplemented with the documented winch-related references VCROLLERWINCH and VCWINCHPLATE.
