The four self-adjusting main rollers follow the shape of the hull and can be adjusted to a deadrise angle of 0–24°. The main rollers are made of polyethylene and have a diameter of 13 cm. A separate central 8 cm keel roller supports and protects the keel area during hauling and positioning. The keel roller is an additional component and is not included in the designation of four main rollers.
The roller support plate measures 635 × 277 × 173 mm in width, depth, and height. The wide design provides four contact points against the hull and can be used alone or combined with multiple roller sets, depending on the vessel and the installation.
The unit mounts into the included threaded deck plates and can be easily removed when not in use. Only the low-profile deck fittings remain on the mounting surface, which clears the platform and reduces trip hazards. Mounting screws and tie-down straps are not included. The VCROLLER25 edge section can be used with this model. If mechanical assistance is needed for hauling, the system can be supplemented with the VCWINCHPLATE or the compatible VCROLLERWINCH.
